It was great to see i-LEC demonstrate their commitment to workplace mental health by signing up to the Blueprint this week!

As an added sign of their commitment, i-LEC has already had their workforce complete the People at Work (PAW) survey which provides a vital portal into the kinds of mental health stresses a given workforce may experience. It’s only through the act of seeking feedback that we can understand the realities of our worksites and implement improvements.

The very act of listening conveys genuine respect for the mental well-being of workers on our sites, and it’s great to see i-LEC along with many others taking the time to consult their workforces this way!
