This report provides an overview of outcomes from the first three phases of the research project to develop a measure of supervisor influenced work environments in the building and construction industry. The key phases discussed in the report are stakeholder consultation, survey investigation, and analysis and survey development. The purpose of activities undertaken during these key phases was to develop an alpha version of the final measure for distribution and statistical analysis during the testing phase.
